Lami after quickly returning to main camp found a spot to camp out, Looking around at the lights of the camp she ground her teeth."Fuck this. Now I'm pissed."She stood up and returned to the battlefield, Though this time, She was hunting being sure to not make the same mistake of going to the exact same place as last time she did draw near but skirted around at a far enough distance to be safe."I can't risk that man coming across Blue..." She thought to herself. before looking for a way her quarry could have fled. Knowing now she had full intentions of taking their life. Not willing to find out how Blue might react to seeing an enemy wearing the face of one of her friends.

[???] 

It was not subtle how it appeared. Several streaks of lightning from seemingly nowhere before a familiar figure with a red topknot appeared, a forearm length machete held firmly in each hand. The man barked across the small distance away, paying no heed to anything else on the battlefield.

"COWARD!"

Lami smiled under her mask."Sorry, But I had to make a delivery back to my friends. You know how children get when they don't get fed."She'd waste not time before she was on him, Her daggers in her hand landing directly behind the man and jamming her blades into his gut."I promise I won't hide this time~" She almost sang.

[???] 

The man reared his head upward as he was stabbed, a stream of bright blue blood leaking from his new wounds.

"DARKSEEEEEEEEED!"

A sudden current of electricity snapped through his body, bursting from his new wounds and onto Lami's blades.

Lami drew her daggers out and spin around slashing at the back of his neck in quick succession."Call me what you wish. But your wearing a face that doesn't belong to you. And I simply couldn't let that continue. You understand I'm sure." Taking not of the blue blood and taking a few hops back after her quick strikes.

[???] 

Strangely, the current running through the man's body appeared to make his hair hard as steel. Even more strangely, the wild hairs moved to stop Lami's neck slash, threatening to lash out at her even as she jumped away.

Not that it did her much good, as the man had already turned around and was upon her, raising his blades overhead before slashing downwards towards Lami's shoulders.

Lami did what she could but the sight of the moving hair threw her off before she knew it he was slashing at her, The blades found purchase but the cuts where not deep."My my. Is that any way to treat a lady?" The daggers morphed, Turning blood red and black before she had a pair of Chakrams in her hands, Burning with a dark red glow, she threw them both in quick succession, Spinning about her target trapping them in a sort of vortex made of cursed metal. Cutting at every surface they could find before returning to lami's hands again.

He disappeared into the tornado, his blood bursting from his body with each slice onto his body. Only the blood did not seem to be hitting the ground. The splatter froze in the air around his body, slowly crackling as more of it was wrenched from his body.

"That is not enough darkseed!" 

Another wave of electricity bursts outward from his body, arcs smashing into his suspended blood before smoking splatters of it began to fly towards Lami in an unpredictable pattern.

Lami held her arms over her head in an attempt to protect herself, But it was all in vain as it blood found itself all around her, She'd hiss under her breath, The Chakrams forming into a Long Katana."Seems I am going to have to put some effort here..." She'd lean forward, The Blade hummed with Black Aether before slashing out as a large stream of Black and Red Aether rushed towards him, It looked as if she swung the blade a multitude of times, Various slashing arcs speeding towards her opponent.

[???] 

"ENOUGH!" 

Red lightning begins to envelop the man's body as he slapped away Lami's attack, causing more blood to burst from the back of his hand. His body began crackling dangerously as his rage grew, and with another bolt of lightning he was suddenly next to the miqo'te, his clean-shaven face the picture of rage.

"I am Baraqiel! You will fall here you cowardly wretch!"

Baraqiel raises his machete overhead, calling blasting red lightning from his blade that clashed with lightning that seemed to be called from the heavens, his red sparks enveloping the arc completely before he aimed the now lightning enveloped blade down for Lami's neck.

Lami felt this coming on and instead of allowing him to do her any more damage, Lami's skin turned a pitch black and a shield formed where the Katana once was, Taking the Blow but forcing her back a few fulms. The weapons returning to their daggered form. Defense LB

Baraqiel's falls to his knee, breathing heavily as the stress from his bloodloss and exertion finally catch up to him. He spits a glob of phlegm and blood onto the ground, catching his breath while he glared at his new nemesis.

"DO NOT RESIST! I KNOW YOU FEEL IT! WE ARE DESTINED TO FIGHT! YOU ARE DESTINED TO FALL BY MY HAND!"

Lami huffed abit before she was ready to strike"No. I believe I'll be declining that kind offer. I have things that still need doing you see." The blades stretched until she had a Rapier and what looked like an blood crystal for a focus."Congratulations! I havn't tried this in actual combat yet!" LB Recovery

[???] 

"Pathetic. Tell me your name fool. I would have a name for the head I remove as I display it to your devil cohorts!"

He charges from his kneeling position on the ground, jumping from left to right in a zigzag motion before stopping before her, slashing upward in an 'X' shape towards her abdomen.

Lami leapt over his head, Using her now rapier she slashed wildly at him from above, Thrusting the Focus forward a stream of Lighting would burst forth, Crackling red and purple she'd land behind him."Call me Kira." She said with a wink.

[???] 

He coughed and grunted painfully as her attacks landed but did not stop. He was not quite done yet. He turned about as she landed, an arc of electricity bursting from the edge of his blade towards her chest.

Lami caught the lightning with the focus and instead released it in a quick reflection attack, Using his own lightning to end him rightly, Adding her own strength to it, attempting to Amplify the attack and roast the Gair clone.

[???] 

The resulting explosion engulfed the man in a cloud of dust and static, along with the sound of sizzling steam.

When the dust cleared however, the man was over the shoulder of another figure clad head to toe in some strange armor.

"Wow. That went much better than I thought."
 
The figure's voice sounded like orderly radio static, but it's body language conveyed a bit more of a humorous manner underneath the armor.

"Guess we were right about trying to move him away from fire. It's far too unpredictable to go toe to toe with you monsters."

Lami paused as the new figure appeared."Well aint the pot calling the kettle black?" She said rapier forming into her twin blades again."Seems you've come in to save your pup, Huh?"

[???] 

“Ooh he really wouldn’t like that.”

While the figure spoke, Lami would have noticed that it's hand movements were more than eccentricity, they were a signal, and an attack from a third individual was coming, the telltale thunderclap of several shots coming at an angle from above behind Lami.

Lami reacted immediately, She was gone from the spot, she'd lept high up and over the man in front of her."Now that was rude. What if those had hit me?" She said as she jumped back abit from the man. She wasn't sure if she was prepared enough to engage the figure so she'd wait for a few moments.

[???] 

"Yeah, looks like we won't be getting you after all. That hurts." 

"We're gonna get in trouble" Another voice popped in, and the attacker from above landed next to the armored individual, this one appearing to be a robotic cat.

Lami paused at the Robotic cat's appearance."Seems I was the one woefully understaffed."She said the Daggers seeming to hum in her hands as lightning crackled down their blades."So, Guess I can't count on finishing up our little grudge match today." Eyeing the pair cautiously.

[???] 

"Nah, you killed him. Gonna have to fix that."

"Fix that, Huh? interesting. Well then. Suppose I will be seeing him again since something as minor as death happened. Right?"

[???] 

"Maybe! You really shouldnt try to find us though." 
The trio promptly fade away into the aether, teleporting elsewhere.

Lami let the daggers sink into her skin."Well then. That was...an experience. Seems I  will have my work cut out for me next time..."Heading back to came she'd head for the medical bay to find Veldi, That is if Eligor hadn't found her first.

Back in the camps, word would have gone around that Veldi hadn't been seen for upwards of two days so far. No search parties have found any remains either. She was nowhere to be found.

"Ah...fucking great." She thought to herself."Guess I aught to get these cuts looked at proper..."Pausing and sighing."oh right. I'm not here." She quickly turned around and left camp. Finding her previous nook and starting to tend to her own wounds. luckily they where not anything life threatening.
